“This volume is the 14th in the International Contemporary Masters series, our oldest art anthology. To date, World Wide Art Books has published a total of 28 anthologies, which we think is a not inconsiderable achievement for an art publisher.
In all these books, we have presented the work of nearly 4000 artists from nearly every part of the world, and have helped to launch many careers.
When we started this collection of books back in 2006, it was our conviction that there are no longer centers of gravity in the art world or dominant schools of schools of art. Rather, art has become decentralized and diffused all over the world, as it was long, long ago, but now it has become hugely varied, in genres, concept and approaches. To approach this enormous and extremely variegated mass, we decided to create an ongoing chronicle, each piece of which we would try to make as inhomogeneous and varied as possible, in genre, style, and origins of the artists.
After so many books and the acceptance the books have met with, we feel that our approach has been vindicated. The books have become a recognized standard, a resource for art professionals, collectors, art lovers and teachers.
We trust that this fourteenth volume of our oldest series will not disappoint. We present here the works of some 66 artists, each very different, and as usual from every part of the world. Some are quite well-known and established, others are just beginning their careers. But what each possesses is an original creative vision, and a proficiency in their chosen medium. Each deserves further examination and attention.
And so we continue.”

CURRENT MASTERS V. 5
Published in 2020
This is the fifth volume in the series Current Masters.
We originally conceived this title as an addition to our long-running series “International Contemporary Masters”, which would present younger master artists and new, fresh work by established contemporary artists.
The book comes out at a difficult time, as the whole world is being swept by the coronavirus epidemic. But in spite of all the fear, suffering and death, art continues to bloom, often under the most unlikely circumstances.
In the volume, among many other works, we feature the three winners of the contest organized by our online gallery Artavita, with the theme “In the time of the Coronavirus”, which had a huge participation. The book features very notable works by 75 other extremely talented artists from all over the world, in almost every medium of the plastic fine arts.
At a time, when visiting art shows has become problematic, the role of a book like this in showcasing worthy new art has become ever more important.
We hope that the reader, or rather the viewer, will derive as much pleasure from perusing this collection as we did in compiling it.

Important World Artists V. 4
Published in 2020
This is the fourth volume of our series Important World Artists, following the positive acclaim that the first three volumes met.
This volume presents the work of 70 outstanding artists, each of whom is at the height of their creative power. Almost all media are represented here – painting, drawing, mixed media, sculpture, installations, photography, digital art and more. And as usual in our books, almost every region of the world is represented.
We believe that this volume, as our previous ones, will constitute an invaluable sourcebook for curators, art consultants, gallery directors, interior designers, other art professionals, and also educators and students, as well as for art lovers everywhere.
Like our previous books, this publication also should constitute a bright addition to the mosaic-chronical of contemporary art world wide, which we are creating and expanding with each successive volume of our books.
